continuing to provide comprehensive coverage to effectively address the unique risks in the real estate profession.
The policy form being offered for this program includes a broad range of coverage's and the premiums and
retentions are very competitive. 

Included in this program is the Strategic Defense Attorney Referral Panel, which includes 12 of the leading real estate
attorneys - geographically positioned throughout California. This panel has been formed by C.A.R. to incorporate a vigorous defense against suits made against the program's insureds. These firms coordinate defense strategies and
work together to defend the programs' clients. The long-term goal of the panel is to reduce the frequency of claims
and manage risk for real estate firms in California.

Communication Log
RELAY™ Transaction Management takes the average communication log and turns it into a tool to offer better service to buyers and sellers. The notes section in RELAY™ allows agents to give clients access to entries in their communication log.
 
Automatic History
The system also records updates to files automatically under the history portion of each transaction. There, an automatic timestamp marks the exact date and time an event occurred on the site, whether it was an agent making a note visible for a client, or a broker reviewing a document.
 
Electronic Checklists and Activity Tracking
Agents can keep track of what needs to be done with automatic reminders, color coding, or by adding the activities directly to a computer desktop’s calendar. Buyers and sellers can see the activities their agent shares. Brokers can guide their agents by providing professional, flexible templates as guidelines to their agents, and by reviewing and approving information.
